What You'll Do:

• Own and build strategic projects from idea to launch—think like a mini-CEO for each initiative
• Identify opportunities and ship solutions quickly, iterating based on real-world feedback
• Work directly with founders and leadership to execute on company priorities that drive revenue and growth
• Build new processes, systems, and partnerships where none exist
