Critical Outputs

• Production of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper for patients on therapeutic diets.
• Production of all ad ons on menu orders (Peads, Kosher etc)
• In conjunction with Supervisor plan and execute menus
• Maintain a high level of hygiene.
• Clean as you go
• Adhere to all food protocols and safety regulations
