Spanish & Portuguese Talent Acquisition Specialist

As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will support the recruitment process for international projects. Native‑level proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese is required. Recruitment experience is not required.

You should have a natural passion for building relationships, be self‑organized and able to work independently, and bring a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact and advisor for our colleagues, working closely with specialist departments.
  • Take over the entire in‑house recruiting process for positions in the IT and commercial sectors – from advertising and pre‑selection to interviews and final hiring.
  • Provide expert HR guidance throughout the decision‑making process, aligning hiring choices with organizational goals.
  • Accompany new employees throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Active sourcing, identification, and direct approach of suitable candidates via various channels.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and contribute new ideas to continuously improve performance.
  • Handle end‑to‑end recruiting on a global level and develop recruiting strategies for specific fields.
  • Provide KPI updates and take the lead for special projects.
Qualifications

Native‑level fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
