A luxury travel company in South Africa is looking for a Spanish Sales Consultant to design and sell high-end travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury travel, be fluent in Spanish, and have excellent sales and relationship-building skills. District 6, Cape Town | R30 000 - R38 000 per month

As a Spanish Sales Consultant, you'll design and sell high‑end, tailor‑made travel itineraries for Spanish‑speaking guests across Africa. You'll bring destinations to life through your expert advice, personalised service, and attention to detail creating journeys that exceed expectations and foster lifelong memories.
Design customised luxury travel experiences across Southern & East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands
Share expert destination knowledge and consultative advice on properties and experiences
Manage client bookings, payments, and supplier relationships efficiently and accurately
Deliver exceptional, end-to-end client service and support throughout the travel journey
Achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure a seamless, world‑class experience
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) essential
2-5 years experience in luxury travel, tour operating, or hospitality sales
Proven success in selling tailor‑made travel experiences
Strong destination knowledge of Southern & East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands
Excellent communication, consultative sales, and relationship‑building skills
Experience using travel booking systems (e.g. Kaptio, Globetrack, Tourplan)
Matric / National Senior Certificate required
Preferred:
Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field
