Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring service excellence at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and treatment areas.
• Ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard in accordance with lodge protocols.
• Provide personalised advice and product recommendations to guests where appropriate.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control in all spa areas.
• Support the wider lodge team in creating a seamless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified spa therapist with recognised beauty or wellness certifications.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or 5-star lodge / hotel environment.
• Candidates must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans fluently.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and service-orientated.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit hospitality team.
• Flexible and willing to assist in other guest-facing areas when required.
