POSITION INFO

Oversee and manage all spa operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that aligns with 5‑star standards.

Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver consistent, exceptional service.

Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and guest satisfaction.

Implement and manage spa treatments, packages, and promotional offerings.

Manage scheduling, stock control, and product inventory.

Drive revenue growth through upselling treatments and retail products.
