Qualifications

• Hospitality/front office/spa qualification advantageous.

• Experience in handling bookings, guest services and reception operations.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with booking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate front desk staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Assist in scheduling of spa treatments, handle guest transactions, and coordinate communication between guests, therapists and management.
