Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, innovation, market development, or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking, and business model generation.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with on-site engagement in Soweto.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth avenues for clients.
