A procurement consultancy is seeking a Procurement Manager in Cape Town to develop and execute procurement strategies that enhance supplier performance and drive cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in hospitality. Responsibilities include leading procurement initiatives, negotiating contracts, and analyzing spending data. This role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in inventory systems and ERP platforms.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support business objectives, strengthen supplier performance, ensure compliance and governance, and drive cost efficiency across participating hotels. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance and F&B teams to improve procurement processes, enhance controls, and deliver measurable savings.
