Citi South Africa is looking for Graduates to join our one-year long Learnership Programme within the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. The year-long programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates within this critical function, contributing to Citi's strong culture of compliance and risk management. Graduates are allowed to apply to permanent positions in the year.
Your journey with ICRM: You will be immersed in the core functions of compliance risk management, learning how to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various business lines. This will involve understanding regulatory frameworks, contributing to risk assessments, supporting policy implementation, and analysing data to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. You will play a part in safeguarding Citi’s reputation and fostering a robust control environment.
We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Learnership Programme trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to make an impact in the African and Global economy, specifically within the complex and evolving landscape of financial compliance and risk management.
You have obtained your undergraduate with a GPA 65% & above or master’s degree in any discipline.
Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required.
You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making, which is paramount in the ICRM function.
