A well-established restaurant in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of sous chef experience, a culinary degree, and strong leadership skills. This role is full-time and permanent, focusing on delivering exceptional Mediterranean cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

  • 6+ years of hospitality chefing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior chef role - must have 6+ years hospitality chefing experience.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation
