Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and team supervision.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
  • Lead kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Uphold safety and hygiene standards according to industry regulations.
