You will be responsible for creating and implementing immersive soundscapes, effects, and music for various projects within the Arts & Entertainment sector, including film, games, and interactive media. This role demands a deep understanding of acoustics, audio engineering, and creative sound manipulation. You will collaborate closely with directors, game developers, and producers to craft unique sonic experiences that enhance narrative and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, record, edit, and mix sound effects, Foley, ambient sound, and music to achieve desired artistic and technical outcomes.
• Develop and implement audio assets within various project environments and game engines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to define the sonic direction and ensure sound design complements the overall project vision.
• Maintain a high standard of audio quality, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
• Stay current with advancements in sound design technology and techniques within the Arts & Entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sound Designer or in a related audio production role, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of sound design work.
• Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
• Strong understanding of audio principles, recording techniques, mixing, and mastering.
• Experience with audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
