Job summary

MF Spa & Beauty Placements in George (Garden Route) seeks a qualified Somatologist to deliver facial therapies, waxing, nails and lash/brow services, while building a loyal client base within a professional spa setting.

This full‑time position offers a basic salary of R8,500–R10,000 per month, plus 20% services commission and 10% retail commission. Applicants must be based in George or willing to relocate at their own expense, reporting to the owner.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Somatology or equivalent (minimum 2-year).
• Internationally accredited qualifications (CIDESCO/ITEC/SAAHSP/CIBTAC or similar).
• At least 1 year post-graduation experience in a salon or beauty spa.
• Based in George or willing to relocate (at your own expense).
• Skilled to perform facials, peels, waxing, nails, lash & brow services.

Responsibilities

• Facials (including advanced & deep cleanse with extractions).
• Chemical peels / advanced peels.
• Waxing - face and body (including intimate for ladies).
• Manicure & pedicure with gel/polish nails.
• Lash & brow services.

Education

Diploma Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy (minimum 2-year diploma)

CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited
