RETAIL-ORIENTATED SOMATOLOGIST

SOMERSET WEST, Western-Cape (South Africa)

START:

ASAP / 01 December 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday
• SHIFTS: 09:00am - 18:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm (Shift rotate)
• RETAIL HOURS - Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and all major holidays

REPORTS TO:

Store Manager / HR Manager / CEO

EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000 - R16,000 Basic Salary per month (Based on desired experience)
• Retail - eligible for earning after completing 3 month probation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DIPLOMA Somatology (Minimum 3-year diploma) - non negotiable
2. Afrikaans speaking / Afrikaans second language confident
3. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
4. Confident retailer! This position is all about educating the clients on their skin regime and prescribing the relevant home care / retail advise
5. Must be based centrally in or directly around Somerset West (public transport available)
6. Must be able to work retail hours (including major holidays and weekends)

EXPERIENCE:

1. Employment experience as a somatologist
2. Retail experience is highly favourable
3. Cruise Ship - BONUS
4. Experience working with active ingredients
