Due to continued growth in our sales activity, we’re looking for a Solution Consultant in the Presales Solution Consultancy Department. The role focuses on our ERPOne, ERPGo, Manufacturing, Payroll and layered application products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the ZA sales team to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars and documentation, and enhance our core demonstration capabilities.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training and support to the sales team on the value and capabilities of the Klipboard solution(s).
  • Attend workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand business requirements, and document outcomes.
  • Create and present software demonstrations that show how our solutions meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services Group (PSG), Support and Development teams to develop customer propositions and ensure the best solutions are implemented.
  • Document all prospect requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations to support the sales lead and handover to PSG.
  • Integrate latest product developments into demos and work with product teams to adopt new features, setting up and documenting these on demonstration systems.
  • Maintain and enhance core demonstration data sets so that our systems best represent a live trading environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
  • Ability to understand and assimilate business processes and requirements, converting them into presentations and demos that show business benefit and the value of Klipboard.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, from CEO to warehouse operative.
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited direction and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving licence (role involves travel).
Desirable
  • Good working knowledge of the Klipboard portfolio architecture and product set.
  • Knowledge and experience of Klipboard core markets.
Previous Experience

Previous experience in a presales environment.
