Job summary

Altron Digital Business seeks a senior Solutions Architect to lead CVM and AI enablement architecture across programmes. You will define standards, govern designs, and drive architecture across multiple delivery squads in a telecom environment.

You will collaborate with business and engineering teams, shaping AI adoption, API strategies, and event-driven architectures while ensuring security, governance, and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• TOGAF certification required or equivalent.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP or equivalent) advantageous.

Our client, a leading organisation within the Telecommunications industry, is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect | CVM & AI Enablement Architecture Lead to drive the design, governance, and delivery of innovative, scalable, and future‑ready technology solutions.

This strategic leadership role will provide architecture oversight across Customer Value Management (CVM) and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and transformation programmes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and delivery squads to shape integration strategies, AI adoption frameworks, cloud‑native solutions, and enterprise‑wide architecture governance.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across CVM initiatives.
• Define and govern architecture standards, principles, and design patterns.
• Facilitate architecture review boards and design forums.
• Drive architectural consistency and quality across multiple delivery squads.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives.
• Define API strategies and event‑driven architecture patterns.
• Enable interoperability across enterprise platforms.
