Provide specialist solution advice and design solutions that best meet client needs, coordinating implementation across relevant business units.
Formulate and implement property finance solutions aligned to the business vision, customer needs, and industry trends.
Coordinate cross-functional execution of solutions, ensuring seamless integration across product houses and business units.
Investigate and propose enhancements to existing solutions, supporting business case development and specification drafting.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, and clients.
Conduct thorough analysis of client businesses, processes, and systems to inform solution design.
Present solution proposals and pricing models to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business strategy.
Prevent losses by ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of business solutions.
Implement sound business processes that minimise risk and meet quality and governance standards.
Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices relevant to property finance.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable goals and initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Participate in industry forums to influence and adhere to property finance standards.
Collaborate with FirstRand Group entities to design integrated banking solutions.
Assist with pricing and costing of solutions to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Manage expenses within approved budgets, contributing to overall financial health of the unit.
Deliver exceptional service through proactive, innovative, and client-appropriate solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance client experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Property Studies, or a related field.
5+ years in property finance, lending solutions, or strategic business development.
Proven experience in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of property finance products and market dynamics.
Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in lending.
