Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification : Proactively contact potential customers (residential and commercial) through outbound calls to identify their energy needs and assess their suitability for solar solutions.

Consultative Sales Approach : Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, including significant cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.

Appointment Setting : Schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants to conduct detailed site assessments and present tailored proposals.

CRM Management : Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.

Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets.

Product Knowledge : Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on solar energy products, systems, and industry trends.

Customer Service : Provide a positive and professional experience to all potential clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in a technical or home improvement sector.

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively from a remote setting.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Basic understanding of solar energy concepts and a genuine interest in renewable energy is a significant advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Stable internet connection, reliable computer, and a quiet home office environment.
