Job summary

Mzansi GS, based in Centurion, is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our renewable energy team. You will install, maintain and repair residential and commercial solar systems, and conduct site surveys to determine the best installation method.

You will ensure installations meet industry standards, troubleshoot system problems and provide ongoing maintenance for optimal performance. You will collaborate with project managers and technicians to complete projects efficiently

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair residential and commercial solar systems
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best installation method
• Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and sans regulations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems and perform necessary repairs
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the optimal performance of solar systems
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
