Job summary

Candi Solar is hiring Field Service professionals in South Africa to maintain solar plants, troubleshoot on-site issues, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams. The role requires travel to sites and a hybrid work setup across specified locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PV and hands-on experience with AC/DC power systems, SCADA, and IT systems, with a willingness to work in an international environment and across borders.

Qualifications

• PV installation and commissioning experience on solar plants.
• Hands-on on-site problem solving and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in an international environment and across borders.

Responsibilities

• Plant maintenance of appointed solar systems.
• Respond to on-site issues and drive CMMS actions.
• Coordinate contractors, OEMs and internal staff for site works.
• Provide inputs to system monitoring and performance evaluations.
• Support reporting and document management for site inspections.
