• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and shading analyses using advanced tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
• Create detailed electrical and mechanical designs to optimize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including project managers, installation crews, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Innovate and contribute ideas to improve solar technologies and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with solar design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.).
• A strong understanding of solar energy systems, including inverters, modules, racking, and batteries.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a knack for innovative thinking.
• A commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
