Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops software to improve business processes, develop innovative solutions, and scale their systems across different operations.
• Conducts design studies, designs or refactors solutions, and conducts user research to define and structure designs.
• Reviews and integrates design documents with requirements.
• Evaluates the performance, functionality, and usability of the design.
• Translate business, stakeholder requirements and user stories into system requirements and act as a liaison between business analysts and software team.
• Translate overarching end-to-end design into detailed designs and provide technical leadership to software developers and other designers.
