What Youll Do

• Collaborate with a world-class, multidisciplinary product team locally and globally.
• Design and refine algorithms in MATLAB that will delight end-users.
• Bring concepts to life with embedded C / C++ thats rock-solid in real-world conditions.
• Shape product foundations through requirements, architecture, and detailed design.
• Debug, test, and perfect embedded software to world-class standards.
• Engage in peer reviews to keep our code and designs at the highest level.

Extra Room to Grow

• Explore new radar technologies and applications.
• Dive into hardware / software integration, C# / Python tool development, and emerging embedded tech.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering (or similar).
• 24 years experience (or postgraduate research) in radar systems, embedded software, or signal processing.
• Strong embedded C / C++ skills and problem-solving instincts.
• A hunger to learn and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Collaborative energy and the ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Signal processing for CW / FMCW radars.
• MATLAB, hardware design, and electronics testing.
• Protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) and ARM microcontrollers.
• Git, Agile (Scrum), unit testing, and TDD.
