Job summary
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking a technical specialist based in Stellenbosch. You will assist with the creation and review of user and technical documentation, perform system integration testing, and provide maintenance support via email and telephone.
The ideal candidate must have a 4-year degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering. Experience with cloud services and various programming languages is advantageous. The role may involve regional and national travel for support tasks.
Qualifications
- Must have a 4 year degree in Computer science (3 years + Honours) or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have good planning and organizational skills.
- Advantage: experience with cloud services, various languages, database systems and AI.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and review of user and technical documentation.
- Play an active role in integrating hardware and software.
- Perform system integration testing.
- Do regression tests (re-testing).
- Perform system/Subsystem/component design.
- Assist in determining the requirement specifications.
- Debugging and fault-finding.
- Provide input for quality assurance (Testing).
- Provide maintenance and support via email and telephone.
- On-site or online support for difficult installations.
