You will collaborate with experienced engineers across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation in a mature engineering environment.

You will thrive on clean code and continuous improvement, with hands‑on Python, Django, NumPy and Pandas

Qualifications

• South African citizenship.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of Software Development experience, including 3+ years in Architecture.
• Experience in a structured engineering environment.
• Exposure to modern software development practices and mature CI/CD processes.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a pride in quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with NumPy and Pandas.
• Cybersecurity exposure.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
