Rate: Up to £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to be a part of our Adults Assessment & Safeguarding Team based in East London. If you have a passion for safeguarding adults and want to work in a dynamic team, this role is for you!
What will your responsibilities be?
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk to identify their needs and safeguarding concerns. You will develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of service users. Additionally, you will collaborate with other agencies to provide effective social work services and safeguard adults at risk.
