Overview
We have an exciting new role in East London on the Integrated Discharge Team.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and advocate for necessary services.
- Provide counseling to help clients cope with challenges such as mental health issues or substance abuse, offering emotional support and crisis intervention.
- Advocate for clients' rights within legal and social systems, educate communities about social issues, and facilitate access to support networks.

Qualifications and Experience
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK licence.
- Post-qualified experience.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
