This dynamic role supports two impactful brands: 60% focus on B2B lead generation for Aramex, targeting qualified business leads; 40% focus on consumer acquisition for Shop & Ship, driving growth in cross‑border eCommerce. This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse audiences and objectives, blending strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Develop and implement content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad creatives and targeting for maximum ROI.
Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and refine strategies based on analytics.
Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights.
Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders.
Use data to inform future content and campaign strategies.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital trends.
