Prepares and edits material for publication and initiates or replies to correspondence regarding publications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to social media queries.
  • Manage own costs and expenses associated with the role to enhance cost effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
  • Successful implementation and delivery on approved projects within budget from inception to close.
  • Edit relevant communications and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date document library.
  • Ensure that necessary design criteria and standards are adhered to in the development of material.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
