Job Description
  • Prepares and edits material for publication and initiates or replies to correspondence regarding publications
  • Respond to social media queries
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer experience
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent writing skills
  • The candidate must be flexible and be able to deal with different types of queries from the various FirstRand brands
  • This role requires the candidate to work public holidays and weekends as per the shift structure
  • Manage own costs and expenses associated with role to enhance cost effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Successful implementation and delivery on approved projects within budget from inception to close
  • Edit relevant communications and maintain comprehensive and up to date document library
  • Ensures that necessary design criteria and standards are adhered to in the development of material
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Qualifications in Journalisms or Customer Experience certifications are preferred
