Overview

Respond to social media queries.

The successful candidate must have excellent customer experience.

The successful candidate must possess excellent writing skills.

The candidate must be flexible and be able to deal with different types of queries from the various FirstRand brands.

This role requires the candidate to work public holidays and weekends as per the shift structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage own costs and expenses associated with role to enhance cost effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timely planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements; successful implementation and delivery on approved projects within budget from inception to close.
  • Edit relevant communications and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date document library.
  • Ensure that necessary design criteria and standards are adhered to in the development of material.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
