Overview Of The Role And Requirements
  • Respond to social media queries.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer experience.
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent writing skills.
  • The candidate must be flexible and be able to deal with different types of queries from the various FirstRand brands.
  • This role requires the candidate to work public holidays and weekends as per the shift structure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage own costs and expenses associated with role to enhance cost effectiveness.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
  • Successful implementation and delivery on approved projects within budget from inception to close.
  • Edit relevant communications and maintain comprehensive and up to date document library.
  • Ensures that necessary design criteria and standards are adhered to in the development of material.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
What You Will Need
  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications in Journalism or Customer Experience certifications are preferred.
