A leading automotive manufacturer is looking for a highly skilled Social-Media & Online Reputation Management Specialist to join their Head Office team in Elandsfontein (Gauteng).

This role is pivotal in maintaining a strong and positive brand presence across all digital platforms, managing online reputation, and ensuring consistent engagement and communication with target audiences.

Non-Negotiable Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field
  • Matric Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Social-Media and / or Digital Marketing Management within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools, analytics, and reporting
  • Proficiency in social media listening and insights tools
  • Hands-on experience in :
  • Facebook Business / Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • YouTube Studio
  • South African Citizen
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Create, implement, and monitor content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive measurable engagement and conversions
  • Oversee creative content, copywriting, and asset development for social channels
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries, compliments, and complaints on social media and review platforms (Facebook, Google, HelloPeter, etc.)
  • Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to proactively manage brand perception
  • Identify online threats or crises and apply effective conflict resolution techniques
  • Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and messaging
  • Ensure compliance with company brand standards and uphold professional online communication
