What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Curate and repurpose content from existing libraries and YouTube clips for reels, carousels, and short-form storytelling.
• Edit short-form videos in CapCut and design visually cohesive posts in Canva.
• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions.
• Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs weekly, and share growth reports with co-founders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and coordinate lightly with the YouTube editor.
• Securely work with customers\'s sensitive information.

What you need to succeed in this role

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
• At least 2 years managing social media for a creator, influencer, or digital brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication and awareness of trends.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and balance data-driven insights with creative storytelling.
• Positive and responsible attitude.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
