Introduction

Social Media Manager wanted for fabulous company in Woodmead, importers and distributors of luxury consumer electronics and other goods.

The position is responsible for the creation, management and monitoring of all social media content, in line with marketing and sales objectives.

Please note the position is on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy
    • Develop and manage the multi-brand social media strategy across B2B and B2C platforms
    • Align content with the unique positioning of each of the company's five verticals
    • Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and cross‑channel storytelling
  • Content Creation
    • Craft on‑brand, high‑performing content including graphics, reels, stories, carousels, and copywriting
    • Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
    • Collaborate with in‑house creatives and partner brands for campaign assets
  • Platform Management & Execution
    • Execute daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Monitor and manage community interactions, escalating when needed
    • Support dealer, product, and campaign rollouts with social amplification
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Track performance against KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, lead generation, and community growth
    • Provide monthly reporting with insights and optimizations
    • Benchmark against competitors and stay ahead of trends in AV, smart home, and tech lifestyle content
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade 12 Relevant degree / diploma
  • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and a natural eye for visual storytelling
  • Excellent copywriting ability across professional and consumer-facing tone
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns with agility
  • Paid social media campaign experience
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar
