Position: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Cape Town | 4–5 days per week (flexible) | In-person + Remote Hybrid.

Franjos Kitchen & Bumpnbub is a mission‑driven brand that nourishes mothers with functional, health‑focused snacks and hydration products. Bumpnbub is the personal brand of our founder, Aliza Carr. Together we serve a loyal, fast‑growing community of mums worldwide, primarily in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across IG + TikTok (grid, reels, stories, UGC).
  • Work in person weekly with Aliza on campaign and content capture.
  • Grow our presence on IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn (for both brands).
  • Build and manage influencer relationships (gifting, paid, campaign collaborations).
  • Jump into the DMs and comments to engage with our community in real time.
  • Help shape and execute community campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with our Australian‑based marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Confident shooting / editing content on Reels, TikTok, CapCut, etc.
  • Strong visual eye – ideally with Canva or basic design skills.
  • Strategic thinker with creative hustle.
  • Clear communicator, self‑starter, organized and proactive.
  • Flexible with timezones (our HQ is in Australia).
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Personal brand or creator‑side experience.
  • Photography / video editing skills.
  • Experience growing LinkedIn pages or founder profiles.
  • Experience in parenting, wellness or FMCG brands.
