We're growing and we're looking for a creative, curious Social media manager / content writers who loves telling founder stories.At IBC, we help founders and executives build powerful personal brands on LinkedIn - the kind that open doors, attract opportunities, and inspire others.

To turn their ideas, notes, or voice memos into scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts that soundlike themand not like an agency, and definitely not like ChatGPT.If you can find the hook, tell the story, and make people stop mid-scroll... you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Write bold, authentic LinkedIn content for founders, execs, and creators
  • Capture each client's unique tone of voice, from thoughtful to punchy
  • Help them build thought leadership and attract inbound opportunities
  • Keep up with what's trending in business, tech, and personal branding
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of writing experience (personal branding or ghostwriting preferred)
  • Proven track record writing for LinkedIn
  • You understand storytelling - how to hook, build flow, and land the point
  • Excellent written English - crisp, clear, typo-free
  • You're reliable, async-friendly, and own your deadlines
  • Bonus: light design skills (Canva) or visual storytelling experience
  • Bonus: newsletters or long-form writing experience
