Location: Randburg

Salary: R120,000 R140,000 CTC per annum

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong visual and creative skills; basic graphic design / video editing ability is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Duties
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, articles) for various platforms.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions).
  • Manage community interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep strategies current.
  • Optimize content and posting schedules for maximum visibility.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (budget allocation, targeting, A / B testing).
  • Use analytics tools to refine strategies and improve ROI.
