About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist who knows how to build and engage online audiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who lives inside the platforms creating content, sparking conversations, and driving real connection between brand and followers.

This role is for a hands‑on social media pro who can plan, post, and engage daily not a marketing generalist or designer, but someone whose craft is social.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write captions, hooks, and replies that feel human and on‑brand.
  • Manage community engagement respond to comments, DMs, and interactions in real time.
  • Spot and act on trends quickly to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Create short‑form videos or simple graphics using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report key engagement insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative or marketing team to align tone and messaging.
