Social Media Community Manager (Mid to Senior Level) - Instagram & TikTok
Our client is seeking a Social Media Community Manager for Instagram and TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in driving their social media strategy, overseeing content creation, and managing community engagement on these platforms.
You will develop creative strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth, while also ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
This role requires a balance of creative content production and analytical performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored specifically for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on community growth and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish highly engaging and on‑trend visual content (images, videos, reels, stories) on Instagram and TikTok.
- Lead the development of creative video content, especially short‑form video (Reels, TikToks), collaborating with the creative team and content creators.
- Engage actively with the community, responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and authentic manner to foster a vibrant community.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align social media strategies with broader company goals and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze Instagram and TikTok performance using platform analytics and third‑party tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Identify and respond to emerging trends, opportunities, and platform updates to ensure the brand stays relevant and top‑of‑mind with the audience.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and collaborations on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data‑driven analysis to optimize campaigns and content performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns in collaboration with the digital team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management, with specific expertise in Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven track record in developing and executing social media campaigns with tangible results on these platforms.
- Experience in video content creation and editing tools, including TikTok’s native tools and Instagram’s Reels.
- Strong understanding of platform‑specific features (Instagram Stories, IGTV, TikTok trends) and audience engagement strategies.
