Matric / Grade 12 (minimum).
Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media Management.
Proven experience managing and growing brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
Experience using social media listening, monitoring, and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting, creative, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and online marketing tools.

Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
Manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ensure consistent brand tone, imagery, and messaging across all digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for engagement and reach.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and best practices.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and HelloPeter.
Maintain a positive brand image by resolving complaints and highlighting positive engagement.
Track and report on customer sentiment, feedback trends, and community growth.
Escalate potential risks or PR issues and assist in crisis communication when necessary.
Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise and execute social media campaigns.
Create or coordinate visual content (images, videos, graphics, etc.).
Manage relationships with creative teams or external agencies where applicable.
Develop campaign briefs and monitor performance against KPIs.
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for all digital platforms.
Measure campaign ROI and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and sentiment analysis.
Present analytics and reports to management for review and strategy planning.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with research, project execution, and content updates.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
Support the integration of social media insights into broader marketing and customer engagement strategies.
