This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building relationships, and generating leads through social media while delivering outstanding client results.

Duties
  • Create and post engaging content for client LinkedIn profiles.
  • Manage social inboxes, respond to messages, and maintain client engagement.
  • Grow LinkedIn connections and manage social selling campaigns to generate leads.
  • Support webinars and events, including invitations, promotion, and follow-ups.
  • Track performance using analytics, reporting on results, and optimising content strategies.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing updates, blogs, and industry insights on your own profile.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong communication throughout campaigns.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management and account management.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident on client calls and in building relationships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital tools and systems.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn about B2B industries, products, and services.
