Role: Integrated Project Manager
Location: Hybrid working until further notice
About the role
The Integrated Project Manager is responsible for managing creative and production processes, working alongside our talented Project Management team to drive projects from brief to delivery.
Leading projects while collaborating with our dynamic teams, our project managers successfully deliver projects following OLIVER+'s ways of working. We seek a passionate, talented individual with experience managing multiple mid to high complexity projects.
Attention to detail, understanding of project profitability, and a proven track record of managing prestigious projects are essential.
What you will be doing
General Tasks and Responsibilities
- Have integrated experience across disciplines such as AI / Automation, Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and Print projects across various account sizes and time zones; from initial brief to final delivery.
- Manage your team to deliver a range of deliverables, including email marketing and website content.
- Follow and implement OLIVER+'s project management and production processes, collaborating with partners.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain resilience in facing setbacks and adversity.
- Embodies company values and instills these behaviors within the team.
- Drive continuous process improvements and suggest enhancements.
- Close projects by meeting set standards and requirements.
Initiate & Plan the Project
- Serve as the main contact for new briefs, transforming unclear briefs into well-defined ones.
- Manage scoping, costing, and planning of projects across briefs.
- Execute projects following OLIVER+'s Project Management Way of Working.
- Create communication plans for stakeholders.
- Set and challenge deadlines to ensure manageable workloads.
- Create project plans with milestones.
- Coordinate staffing with Delivery Lead and Resource / Studio Manager.
- Identify risks and create risk registers.
- Work with creative teams to define scope, cost, and timelines.
- Run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
- Manage project documentation.
Manage Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control
- Coordinate among project participants and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage team workload.
- Present project scopes, estimates, and plans to partners.
- Build and maintain partner relationships.
- Monitor project progress within scope and budget.
- Prepare status reports and manage project control points.
- Follow change control processes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance.
- Proactively solve problems and mitigate risks.
- Manage financial profitability, control costs, and monitor resource utilization.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality and design standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
