Job title: Snr Project Engineer Location : Silverton Salary : Market related Duties Manage and coordinate multiple land vehicle projects from concept to delivery.

Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor and report project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.

Oversee technical and design changes, ensuring they are implemented according to requirements.

Plan and facilitate meetings, client updates, and internal team coordination.

Support design and engineering activities where necessary, including technical solution evaluation.

Requirements BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management of land vehicles or related industries.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes.

Experience in the defence or land vehicle sector is an advantage.

Ability to manage projects effectively and prioritise under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
