The Opportunity

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience – from research and best‑practice UX to polished, accessible, and cohesive UI execution.

This is a career‑defining opportunity for someone ready to grow the product design practice in our business.

You’ll own the end‑to‑end product design process across our apps, product platform, and client interfaces – ensuring every experience is high‑performing, intuitive, inclusive, and visually aligned with our brand.

You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to bring a unified design language to life across product touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

User Research & Insights: plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys; translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design opportunities; workshop with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Ops teams to help shape the product experience.

Design end‑to‑end product experiences across web, mobile apps, and desktop tools.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.

Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are baked into every design decision.

Design Systems & Standards

Evolve and maintain a scalable design system for our product suite.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation and consistency.

Partner with marketing to align product and marketing visuals.

Grow, mentor, and manage a design team over time.

Advocate for design best practices across teams.

Contribute to design culture and rituals such as critiques and retros.

You’ll Bring

• 6–8+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a startup context.

• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management.
