• Stakeholder management – Act as the go-to liaison, keeping communication open, expectations aligned, and relationships strong.
• Agile leadership – Run or participate in ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Refine and prioritise the backlog to reflect evolving needs.
• Project support – Partner with QA for UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support teams from concept through deployment.
• Continuous improvement – Spot opportunities to streamline processes, improve requirements management, and recommend best practices.
• Planning & reporting – Assist project managers with kick-offs, milestone plans, progress updates, and dashboards.
