Job summary

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking qualified skin therapists to represent the world’s No.1 skincare brand in-store. You will perform all Dermalogica treatments, conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping, and guide customers toward Dermalogica products to enhance results.

You must be able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, hold an NQF 4 Skin Care Qualification, and demonstrate a proven sales track record with strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have an NQF Level 4 Skin Care Qualification.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings & weekends.
• Passion for retailing with a proven sales track record.
• Confident in engaging with customers and driving conversions.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and Dermalogica standard procedures.
• Take ownership of monthly targets and daily goals.
• Conduct accurate consultations and Face Mapping with every client and update records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with retail and follow up via phone or email after sales.
• Participate in store activities including meetings, workshops and promotions.
• Maintain a professional treatment area and replenish stock as needed.
