Persona Staff is recruiting a Boilermaker for the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The successful candidate will fabricate, assemble and repair metal structures in an industrial setting, following drawings and strict safety standards.

This permanent on-site role requires 3–5 years of boilermaker experience, strong welding and fabrication skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Competitive based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Boilermaking or metalwork.
• 3–5 years of boilermaker experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures to drawings.
• Perform welding, grinding and metal finishing tasks.
• Maintain and repair fabricated components and structures.
• Ensure quality and safety in all fabrication activities.
