Site Supervisor

Location: Kempton Park, Johannesburg

Salary: R per month (Based on experience)

Mobile Racking and Helving business seeks a Site Supervisor who is competent to install and maintain mobile racking systems in warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to maintain and improve service levels.
• Perform site inspections independently and report findings.
• Do repairs and maintenance of new and existing systems.
• Manage and plan new installations.
• Respond to breakdowns.
• Train and supervise assistants as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Recognisable technical qualifications - RED SEAL Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a RED SEAL Electrician.
• PLC experience advantageous.
• Experienced in fault finding – must be able to work unsupervised.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Physically and medically fit and able to work in the cold at -20°C, for varying lengths of time.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to read drawings (experience in reading electrical drawings advantageous).
• Valid Code EC or EC1 driver's licence.
• Valid and updated passport.
• Clear criminal record.
• Trustworthy, reliable, sober habits, self-assured.

Additional Requirements

Be prepared to work weekends, if and when required.
